About MyofascialResource.com
MyofascialResource.com was created for the thousands of Myofascial Release (MFR) and other related therapists around the country and beyond. Up until now, Myofascial Release support and information came from individual websites or chat lines, each one dedicated to only one of the many styles of Myofascial Release.
MyofascialResource.com bridges that gap, allowing therapists a place to find resources as well as a highly effective and cost effective means of advertising. Whether Rolfing, Structural Integration, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, or other, the many different forms of Myofascial Release have much to offer. They can come together here, on MyofascialResource.com.
Having spent so many years as a Myofascial Release therapist and instructor, I’ve been able to adapt many of the techniques that I’ve learned, as well as develop more than a few of my own. I now have the opportunity to share what I’ve learned with others. In the “Tips” section, you’ll find a sample of treatment and self-treatment techniques. Additional techniques and home program stretches are available by subscribing to my monthly MFRmail Newsletter. Feedback from the issues thus far are fantastic, with many therapists immediately integrating the information into their practices. Subscribing is easy and costs nothing. Scroll down for information on how to sign up. Home program Tips are supplied in PDF format, to allow you to easily print them out on your own letterhead. All back issues of the MFRmail Newsletter and the related Treatment Tips can be found on the Newsletter Archives page.
MyofascialResource.com also creates a central location for many of the treatment tools that therapists around the country utilize to enhance their practice as well as their patient’s progress. I’ve also compiled a large number of books and music that are pertinent to your practice. Please, utilize the available links to check out a tool, book or music that you might be interested in. Clicking on the links does not obligate you to buy, so feel free to look around.
By far, the most visited page on MyofascialResource.com is the Research page. I’ve gathered over 200 research citations and articles that demonstrate the value of Myofascial Release. There are also many articles pertinent to your practice as well.
